Extract messages from backup file

When making a backup in wince it creates a folder called backup.
In this folder you´ll find a folder SMS, in this an .xml ...
the XML can be opened in a browser, notepad,... and contains your messages.

Thanked 1 Time in 1 PostThanks Evow, you answered my question. I opened the XML but the thing all messages are in single xml file with tabs, i thaught it will divided between conacts just like in Symbian mobiles. Is there any way to divide it on basis of the numbers?

I think it must be possible to extract the items from the XML using a custom made script... but then it´s up to you to make this ;-)
