Dial pad with letters

Just got one M8, it's great and will be better if they can improve the internationalizations.

No letters in the dial pad is one of the problems. It's really annoying when you have to dial a phone number with characters, such as 1-800-COMCAST.

That's why I made this very simple mode to add the letters back.

This one works with firmware version 0.9.3.7.
A reboot is needed after install.
