developing bluetooth remote control

hey!
i found the program NetAssist, its really nice!

but i wondered if that is possible with bluetooth.
then i found this : Bluetooth Remote Control for Windows Mobile its for windows mobile devices. I don't konow how to "translate" the program for the M8.
maybe someone here has enough skill to "translate" is if possible?
