has an touchscreen, the screen is 3 inch (16:9)

That M7 is only a rough photoshopped image done by Jack Wong, it even says so in the original post. And yes, the M7 is said to have much like the M8, without the phone - kinda like what Apple is doing with their iPhone and Touch.
