Connection problem

Hello,

When I connect my Meizu SL windows Vista Ultimate says that they can't recognise my meizu.
Sometimes it says my Usb port is to slow.

But before reinstallation of my computer I could connect.

Who can help me?

Alex

You don't need a driver for the Meizu. If you installed all the drivers for your pc components (chipset, etc...) it should work fine.

Set the Meizu USB settings to MTP if you haven't already.

I have same problem. I have the M6 SL Meizu and I can not get Windows XP to see it. Do I need to set USB to MTP? Do I do that on my computer or on my Meizu? How?

Thank You for help.

no, either device setting should be seen by your computer. that setting is done on the player. it's in the settings menu; one syncs with media players the other is seen as a drive where you simply drag and drop songs or folders of songs to the music folder.
does your player turn on and shut down normally? i'd suggest trying another computer to see if it's your system or the player. i'd also try a different usb cable and a different usb port.
