meizu not showing on my macbook

I've had my macbook pro for a few months now and when I first got it everything was golden. the player would show up as a usb drive I could drag songs onto it and life was good.

but after an update to the macbook software my m6sl is no longer shows up. I plug it in and the thing just charges. nothing mounts.

there have been multiple updates since then and still can't get the meizu to work.

anyone have a mac with similar problems?

No, not the cable. Just tried it with 2 different cables. and I lost the original so I've been using a different one anyway.

So I'm running 10.5.5 on the macbook, is anyone else running this and having issues? I try to keep up with the updates. but my meizu doesn't work with the macbook now!

from reading on other forums this seems to be a common problem.

it works on my linux computer. it just shows up like a usb drive. so why doesn't the meizu show up like a usb drive on my mac. Isn't it supposed to work with macs?

I've tried to get the itunes plugins that are supposed to make players other than itunes to work.

Do you think apple purposely made it so meizu's don't work with macs because of the whole "ipod clone" thing? personaly with apple being dicks and all I can see this being a very good option!
