Anyone can compare the volume of the M6 and iPod Classic(European Version)?

Hi!

I decided that I need a dap with larger capacity than 8Gb, so since i live in Europe i only have the archos or ipod and the classic seems to fit my needs. But like some people know, the European iPod Classic have a volume cap, making it sound lower than the USA iPod.

So i want to know if someone can compare the maximum volume of the m6 to the maximum volume of the European Classic, because i have some old albums i hear at maximum vol on my m6 and i want to be able to hear them in the iPod.

Btw, Sorry for my English and thanks in advance.

You should really consider getting the Creative Zen M or W. They are both amazing players.

$200, brand new. That was a quick search, I know you could get it cheaper.

I can testify on that. In my case it was not so much, but I still paid around 65USD more. Portuguese customs suck ass. But if you're ordering from the US, there's a chance (albeit small) that your package won't get stuck on customs. If you were ordering from China then there would be no chance.

Anyway, if sound quality matters for you, going from a Meizu (M6 or M3) to an iPod classic will be a huge downgrade...

ON-TOPIC: I'm not sure about the iPod classic, but I believe the sound cap on the Meizu by Dane-Elec (sold in Europe) is at volume level 30. Probably this is based on a standard value and will be similar on the iPod.
