hard reset?
i'm trying to hard reset my meizu but every time i hold down the power button and the fastforward button at the same time, it just shuts down regularly and doesn't reset like i want it to. what am i doing wrong? this is annoying me. i remember i used to be able to do it before.

you have to hard reset it while it's OFF not on
