Hi, I have a Meizu M6 SP. It just shows Connected to USB even though it is not. I tried all the reset. Nothing seems to work. Please help. Thanks.

hi there, just wait till the battery dies,then charge player and you will be able to tourn on it again. i usually have the same problem about once a week :D the difference is that mine enter button stoped working at all some time ago, so reseting player became impossible:D good meizu firmware does not solve this...so i wait for battery to became empty or open player's back shell and shorten power connections:D

yep , just a one more problem with the player, hope one days they can sort some of the problems out.

:eek: !! Never short a Lithium Ion battery!!! It could blow up in your face, and it kills the battery life.

Are you sure you are resetting the right way? You have to hold down the return button (One at the bottom of the touch strip) for at least 30 seconds.
