hi, i have had my meizu for a week or so now and it has been without any problems, but a few hours ago i created a playlist on it and it froze, the screen just displays the main screen, none of the buttons work, it won't turn off, and the computer does not pick it up if i plug the usb cable in... all i am doing now is waiting for the battery to die.. is there anything else i can do? thanks

To forcibly turn it off, hold down the enter button until it turns off. Try to turn it back on normally and it should be OK.
