Problem scrolling through text files?

I find the touchpad doesn't respond very well when I try to scroll through .txt files on my M6, and I can't actually go through them very well. The manual says to press the forward(>>) and rewind(<<) buttons to scroll, but this doesn't seem to have any effect. Does anybody else have this problem?

There were some changes to the text feature commands in recent firmware. The < > buttons now move you from the top to the middle to the end of the document to save scrolling through the whole document if you are half way through. To scroll page by page you now tap the top and bottom of the touch strip to move up or down the document.

Ah ok. Thank you very much. That seems to work.

It seems a little clumsy though, considering you also use the top and bottom of the touch pad to raise and lower the volume, but it's not a major issue.
