that's a comforting confirmation about hardware and price.
What about release date?
And cellphone networks? (I'm still worried about Europe-UMTS usability -_-)

Impossible. Meizu are still having problems acquiring permission to release cellphones. As of yesterday, the release time frame was still "before 2008". Even a Q3 release is sketchy.

Shanghaiist are the same people who claimed that the Meizu CEO posts on Meizu Me. [Link]

Hi guy,I come from China.Here is some new infos about the MiniOne.It is said the M8 will be launched in year 2007 and the price is extraordinaty low in China:4GB~250$,
8GB~310$,16GB~430$.I'm looking forward of it:D :D :D

China now using the GSM900 standard the same as Europe.But the 3G standard is quite different,so I don't think the Europe UMTS will be availiable....but you still can use the GSM network...
