256mb as well as 8GB NAND.
But what about WLan, 3G, and die 0.3 mpix camera in the front?

You're right about the processor (667mhz underclocked to 533mhz to ease power drain), screen resolution, ram, and flash storage. The device does have wifi b/g, no 3G in this release however, and they did away with the VGA videocall cam on the front. No videocall cam because the device is quadband edge only right now. I think we'll see those features in the next release.

I sure do hope so.That's the one I've got my eye on too! I can't recall if Mr. Wong said the M8 would be released in both sizes at the same time or just in both sizes, but not necessarily at the same time.

There's no camera on the front since the first-gen M8 won't support 3G, thus no need for a front camera.
