comments on the m8 video

i've found the m8 video commented we learn than it will possible to add plugins with the "meizu installer" and the UI will be totally custumisable and over things the autor him/herself have a lot of questions.

Hmm interesting. It's like Jailbreaking an iPhone, except there is absoloutly no hassle at all.

No, App Store is quite limited. There has to be a security layer that prevents stuff from running in the background, you can't change themes unless you Jailbreak, you can't add music plug-ins even after Jailbreaking, the iPhone is more limited than you would think.

And plus most Apps from the App Store cost you $5. Classic Apple, charging for what people can get for free opensource.

A friend of mine actually had 8 pages filled with free stuff from the App Store, but true, why does anything very simple such as "I Am Rich" have to cost money? It should only be the premium stuff.

It's not Apple for the most part, it's also all the small/big time developers. The developers control the price, not Apple.

Still, you'd have to admit that their Texas Hold'Em game is better than some on a PC.

I have to admit the Tap Tap Revolution game is pretty cool. Is there a similar game available for WinCE?

It doesn't seem to hard to program, just the graphics would take a bit of work.
