My guess is that this April fools day prank scared some away that weren't following the whole discussion thoroughly. Since the conclusion is a tad further down
Maybe an update, or a change in the headline would get us back to the old days...

they said that at the end of April they should have the prototype completed...
so untill its finished its hard to get any news. sadly.

Has anybody noticed the cursor behavior (the arrow hourglass arrow hourglass like in normal desktop windoze), startup routine (desktop-blueish screen with cursor, then menu) and the way phone keyboard and mediaplayer menus load (first main body then toolbars) of the cebit prototype? Looks like it was already running (not fully functional, of course) Windows?

I'm glad, it means that they are buzy with something. Wondering if they will actually present a demo in 2 weeks, i'm giving it 50-50.

Well, just that the project was on hold and they aren't working on the M8, which isn't true. Error, maybe a little edit of the post wouldn't hurt saying it was a prank
