Front camera still going to be added?

New renderings of the M8 don't suggest a front camera anymore. Did they drop the idea or is it still going to be included into the design?

The first release won't be 3G, so no use for front camera for now.

I don't see what the buzz about 3g is, in Australia it is expensive to use per minute and doesn't seem that useful. Is it expensive to use in other parts of the world?

The buzz is mostly all about EU. Here you only have GSM ( and GPRS) or UMTS (= 3G). They will establish EDGE as well, but for so long 3G is the technique you need for internet services - GSM is far to slow.

And: we do not have to spend so much money on 3G surfing: They recently lower the costs Normal surfing (appr. 50 MB per month) costs 5 EUR.

I am with Skinny101, it is too expensive for 3G in Australia. Better to use wifi and steal other people's internet :P

... well - but Wifi is not present everywhere - or you have to pay a horrible fee - at least in Germany ...

never the less - does anyone know how well windows mobile 6 is performing? I mean in contrast to symbian os. And what about Android? Is the processor fast enough - and what about the ram?

.. uups I guess wrong section....

Wasn't the M8 going to have 128 mb ram and a 500mhz processor?
