What an arrogant author, writing about
"chinas cloners copying high tech western products".

Of course there are lots of 'cloners', but to say "Meizu cloned Apple's iPod Nano last year" is far from truth.

It was a well put together article. But the points made were unoriginal, and the article was typically sensationalist.

For instance, I don't think you can just say that M6 is a clone of the Nano. "Meizu cloned Apple's iPod Nano last year, establishing itself as a significant force in a music-player market far larger than Apple's"

An interesting article, this one. You can't call it wrong or call it right. In other matters, that P168 phone is pretty cool, got all the basic functions, but I certainly do NOT wish the Meizu MiniOne be something like that - the font is the ugliest on the planet...

So Jack Wong is pretty hard to reach hey... did Err0r ever meet him? :P

It's appalling how the international community ignores China's blatant piracy. Hell, even the companies who's products are being pirated do nothing. Hello Apple? I hope you feel good about suing fellow american companies while chinese companies are laughing their way to the bank.

I'm chinese ( one of the so called overseas ones) but I hate China. They should be taught a lesson.

Calm down aegisofrime. It's US' fault for starting production in China. What would you expect? If there was $100 on the ground and no one's around, no place to hand it to, what would you do? Leave it there? Doubt it.
