    Hello fello aussie. I have also recently got my M8 (about a week ago) and found a few things that could help save you a LOT of time hunting forums.
    If you are having partial english probs still, there a few things to note. There is a file to download called Corrected UI English files. This will get most of the translation that isn't there by default. The exception to this is MSN, and Internet sites. There is a english MSN file that can be downloaded from this site in the download section, plus there is a trick for changing the internet site default language (is in the Tip/Tricks thread). Neither are that hard to fix.
    I haven't updated to the next firmware yet (0.9.1.0), so some of this may be solved in that version (I didn't have the heart to start again to find out it didn't). I am running the 0.9.0.5 firmare with the few files changes and seems to be working fine.
