annoying.. acceptable... i guess the opinion here would be subjective. I'm not sure how you define acceptable or annoying. Depending on what genre of music you listen to, then hiss may easily be covered up by the "busy" song.

In general, if you listen to rock or pop, you shouldn't have a big issue with hissing.

I would recommend the M6, the screen is definately easy on the eyes. I don't own a M3 so can't comment on the hiss outa that thing.

crossroad mylarone x3

I've just received my x3 from jaben.net .and I'm disappointed. I bought these earphones base on the favorable reviews by some of the members on this Blog. I commute to work using the bus and subway and found these x3 offer very little sound isolation. Most earphones, including the ones I got from my m6 player, sound pretty good in the livingroom but are totally useless on the bus.

The sound quality is on par with my Shure e2c but doesn't come close to sounding as good as my Westone UM2.

From my experience, my MylarThree give my excellent all round performance through noise isolation, sound, weight, and also reliable. The only thing i will say is that they do stick out a bit from my ears but it isn't that bad as it sounds.

I recently used and played around with my friends Cowon D2 + Shure E2C's. The Shure's do live up to the reputation with sound quality but damn their heavy in weight, big ear piece and do stick out more.

Soo.. considering the above i say i made good decision in buying, and very happy with them. I don't think i will get another pair of earphones for two reasons. I don't need the top quality or best sounded earphones - the meizu does a hell of a good job of it even compared to Cowon D2. Second is the price - wont pay more than what i paid for the mp3 player its self. In my opinion its silly.

I definately feel the mood and rythem to listen to any type of music on my meizu with the mylarthree's and thats more than enough for me. What more could i ask, a case? pairs of ear buds? wire wrapper? well... all that comes with the MylarThree's and even then i don't use none of them, why? because i have it connected to the meizu practically all the time.

Anyways, thats from my experience as i said and what i think of it from someone who owns a pair. :D

P.S.
I still wear and listen using the Creative EP-630! its just the MylarThree has better clarity in different sounds, nevertheless though both pairs are great using on the meizu.
