BTW, ALL YOUR IPHONES WERE MADE IN CHINA. APPLE DOESNT EVEN MAKE THEIR PRODUCTS IN COUNTRY, AND ALL COMPONENTS COME FROM THE SAME PLACE, SO IS APPLE COPYING SAMSUNG AND SANYO BECAUSE THEY USE THEIR 3.5" DISPLAYS??

It seems to me that ever since the iphone came out any phone with a touch screen is a "clone" of it. Apple didn't make touch screens. Phones were out before the iphone. is it really fair to say that meizu is copying the iphone when really apple just did the design for the iphone. Thats like saying that the U.S. is copying Europe because the U.S. has water. Its stupid to think like that because if a company cannot create a product that is inspired by an already great product and cannot improve on the product, then the consumer loses. not the companies.

Also apple was recentally sued for copyright infringement because they stole some code for the caller id in the iphone. Ironic isnt it?

Out of curiosity - are the lines to the Meizu store: just as long, longer, or shorter than when the pictures were taken?

And considering today (yesterday?) was the 'official' release day for the M8 any new pictures of the lines to the store?

Doesn't matter how much you bark and bitch because Meizu will have more than enough costumers in China even outside China (me here from the NL), so get over yourself or find a shrink too help you with your insecurities complex..

First off let me say sorry for being anon.. its verry early in the morning here so i will register when im more awake.
congrats on the store! and the m8 release! im so getting one.
for a windows mobile phone they really nailed the gui beats the hell out of my htc diamond!
As for the Apple fan boys whining that its a rip.... shut up. you dont have a leg to stand on. the iphone is a great media player one of the best, but a crappy phone. always has been. the apps are little more then toys and there is no way that me and the hoard of freaks and geeks that i hang out with can find to customise the damn thing.

it was a wonderfull template for the evolution of the personal phone/pda/player ect. everyone will copy some part of it. its gonna happen they hit hit the nail on the head when it comes to what works. it changed the world.. get over it. you love it we get that but true gadget freaks like me and mine will always be looking for new toys and the iphone and pod and book and dog and toilet and witeout are over. poof weve seen it if your in love then great, shes your date, let me go hit on the redhead head in the corner.

i have an iphone 3g 16GB my self .. and i had my meizu m8 about 2 weeks ago ..both are great ..
they look alike alittle .. but the m8 looks even better .. runs smoother .
calls are perfect .. sound is perfect .. and it`s still a demo version .
i bit the M9 will exceed the iphone in many ways ..
it`s just a matter of time ..
evolution starts with a tiny step of devoloping a previous species .
same thing here .
evolution is coming, i can feel it .. and i`m sure that win ce will be more user friendly and easier than mac os x . isn`t it enought that it`s an open source os .
instead of paying for every little stupid game or application for iphone .
you can have it for free in M8 . and even better and more devoloped .

the only thing missing for M8 is the AppStore . which i hope that meizu will do soon .

back to the topic :

the store looks nice .. i can`t really see how it can be compared to apple stores . is it because they use aluminum decoration ? all new modern decoration depend on aluminium nowdays . it`s the new trend !!
