Meizu Launches New Website

Meizu just launched their new website today. A product page for the Meizu M8 miniOne has also been added where you can find the official specifications, an interactive demo of the phone, a 3D 360° view, and much more.

The English website is unavailable at the moment, hinting towards a facelift too.

ha, let me translate(but forgive my poor english)

the top buttons are:1.Meizu Company 2.Production Introduction 2.where to buy 3.support 4.community

it's great to see the new site.,and M8 supports English+Chinese(Simplified)
it supports wifi and bluetooth(not officially due to the Chinese goverment's not approval)
and rmvb,rm is not officially support due to the real network but it really can play rmvb,rm files as we see from the M8 video.

here's a link about the Virtual M8(Chinese), it's fun if you take a look at it!

@ cbtcharley

Your English isn't bad at all, just tiny grammar issues, but understandable. Thanks for the Virtual M8 demonstration, much better than impromptu video.

How many times do we have to say? The M8 will have wlan, but will be disabled after the release. You can unlock it for yourself with a special program or a firmware upgrade.

Their service section actually exists now, not functional yet though. They've posted a M8 firmware in the 0.5 version. Guess it won't be hard to get new firmware. Also, they have links to download ActiveSync and the M8 driver (probably just a generic USB driver).

Nice revamp, but I wonder why clicking on the Product link directly leads one to the M8.

Is it the same for GPS? The receptor is inside, just need to activate?

What do you expect? There were similar sentiments before the launch of the M6 two years ago...

I was actually surprised by their previous article about the second video of M8. That was kind of positive.

Does the new website include an online store? Look at the bottom of the "where to buy" page. There are shopping baskets there. ÈçºÎ¹ºÂò

@ Adikosa - Yeah, a portion of their sales are made on the website. However, they only ship within China.

@ talhaismail - As they currently don't have plans to sell the M8 outside China, so there is no reason for their global site to be the same as their domestic.
