Minor Firmware Update 2.004.5 for miniPlayer M6 series

A minor firmware update has just been released for the M6 miniPlayer series of Meizu MP3 players. Changes include CUE file support, enhanced text reading functionality and some bugfixes.

Sorry the ignorance, but what are CUE files?? another music format?

A CUE file acts as a kind of bookmark for a sound file. In other words, rather than having 10 separate files that make up an album, you have one sound file representing the album and a CUE file to direct the player to each individual song within the single sound file. Does that make sense?

it depends on what firmware u r upgrading from? From FW 2.003.2 and beyond, I think it will format.
