That price is... unlikely. Nice Meizu Touch, though.

... also, I wouldn't hold your breath on that release date... and who would want it in 2GB?

Well, I have to say I'm quite disappointed in Meizu with the M7 player. The design is great but the capacity is unacceptable. The largest is 8GB, this is not good. When will Meizu gonna have a greater capacity?

The GUI will most likely be different when it's released. The GUI designer is always making (sometimes major) changes.

My Meizu
It must leave soon the Meizu M8 on sale.

In order to compete with iPhone in Europe in the different countries.

well the M7 looks nice, as one would expect from Apple - opps sorry, i meant Meizu, but looks can be deceiving!!
The M6 is a right good looking piece of kit but we all know the firmware problems associated with that.

if this device was proved that i may get one half way through next year but for now i am still impressed with the M6 (bugs aside) and i want as much use as i can get from it

i will NOT be waiting for the M8 and frankly i do not understand the fascination with it - i have had a PDA phone device before and they are OK but they are clunky and if the M8 is running on a windows OS you will just have to live with the crashes!!!

i have come to take Meizu announcements with a pinch of salt as their time scales and designs change more often then my socks!!

we shall wait and see but i really don't think that this device will make it to production - just a feeling

I doubt the $150 price for the 8GB player, but if that's true .. I like it, just cuz I'm a geek who loves gadgets and I'll buy it for the touch screen.

Other than that ... it really isn't that impressive. Maybe it'll look better in shiny onyx. For some reason, I simply love the form factor of the M6. Perfect size ... anything bigger and heavier is just a pain to carry around.

I will wait for a M8 that cost US$ 600.-
A money I don't have for a player I won't use.
Only for a silly race with Apple!!!

Looking great!
first said the gui-> very good this black blue...remindes me of WMP11^^ (but will probaly change)All in all sleek THIN looking device BUT my questions are: why the heck 15 by 9 ratio?
To the gui: the M7 looks great, gui looks so far great too but its just a touch pda? no gui effects or CoverFLow:Dlike ipod touch or iphone so its nothing more then a ipod touch without the GREAT effects? And only those effects are the great thing, i mean a normal touch mp4 player nothing more?Like this onda iphone ripoff.Oo Hopefully someone answer my questons.:>

Greetz ^.O from germany:D

Looks good...but, too little screen for being a touchscreen, also it shouldn't be a touchscreen, a touchpad would be better. And the price is a bit to high for Meizu.

i think Mr J Wong should have his photoshop program confiscated! - - stop him from getting everyones hopes up - but i suppose it keeps us all interested and takes the focus away from the fact that the M6 (not sl) seems to have been dropped like a hot cake - where is our update!!!

if anyone is desperate for a touch screen mp4 just go and get a Teclast T39 because you'll be waiting a long time before the M7 appears
