Meizu preparing online contacts sync?

Today when browsing Meizu's User Center (member.meizu.com) I noticed there was a contact list page, where you could manage contacts and groups. The setup is similar to Google Contacts, which allows you to sync your Android phone or iPhone with their cloud, so you can access them in Google's other products, such as Gmail.

Is Meizu planning to launch an email product, or why would one need the online contact synchronization for the M8?

Meizu seems to be taking some great steps forward. Can't wait for the M9!
