Back in May J. Wong posted on the company's official forum about a docking station for the Meizu MX and yesterday two photos surfaced on Weibo (chinese equivalent of Twitter) showing the engineering unit being tested. It's currently unsure whether these are the final designs of the circuit board but if they are there's at least a coaxial digital out port as well as a full sized USB port. JW also promised a HDMI out but it's nowhere to be seen on the photos. It will be interesting so see what will develop from this. Maybe a full dock with speakers? What do you think?
Check out two more photos after the break!

I think mostly what the photos show is the USB plug on the MX is really strong.

In my opinion the SPIDF port will better than COAXIAL, but that just my opinion.

Thanked 19 Times in 13 PostsI got scared when I didn't see any video output.
This is how I would use it:
DVI to screen and coaxial to speakers (duh)
USB to portable flash drive for extra space
Install Onlive for gaming.
I just hope they create good software for network sharing, would be nice to be able to stream all movies from the server without it being to difficult. I can really see the MX replacing my media computer.

Thanked 1,049 Times in 391 PostsThe last photo shows a serial port I'm afraid. It's probably for debugging and not video out.

Thanked 24 Times in 15 PostsThe average discspace required by android games is around 15-20mb, so how many games are you storing on your cellphone? :D Right now I have only 8 games installed but those require only 120mb (3+8+22+55+3+8+6+15) ^^
I got to add though, that I tend to keep only as many apps installed as I really need (right now ~70) since too many apps usually slow down the system.LG Optimus Speed
