It's a CEO leak and not an official release, that would otherwise be found on their support page.

It's not on the support page because it's a beta. A leak infers that the software was released unwillingly by the company.

Meizu, the only company where you can use the term CEO leak, it could be an oxymoron!

If you're having second thoughts if you should upgrade to this release, here are some changes worth mentioning:

    System:

    - whole UI is much smoother throughout the system, even on „normal” CPU clock
    - inertia effect nicer
    - Standard Android Sync menu now accessible, Google Sync fixed (also you can add 3rd party app sync settings like Skype, Facebook, Twitter)
    - CPU clock is now adjustable via Settings > Accessibility (low/normal/high)
    - Settings is included in system backups
    - Market fixed, can now download apps inaccessible before (like Angry Birds)
    - icon text background removed, now text is white instead and has a little shadow
    - desktop number indicator is now white too
    - Internet telephone option added in phone settings (?)
    - you can press and hold the Back button to turn off the display when you’re at the Home screen (only works if you haven’t decreased the backlight to minimum – probably a bug)
    - soft touch buttons now turn off when watching a video
    - touch-to-focus no longer interrupts the video recording (used to skip frames while if was focusing before) and the recorded sound quality seems much better
    - you get a nice animation when you’re trying to uninstall applications built in the firmware
    - Google Maps’ 3D view now works (only tilting, rotating doesn’t seem to work for me)
    - magnifying glass has been implemented when you long-press on any editable text
    - Global copy & paste works better in Browser, and now works in Email too
    - width of SMS messages adjusted, now take up less vertical space
    - SMS delivery reports now display the contacts name from the phonebook instead of just the phone number
    - Documents can no longer browse system files, only SD card
    - Some adjustments to English UI
    - under Bluetooth, device name is now „MEIZU M9” instead of just „M9”
    - vibration is now either off or on, no longer possible to only have vibration when the phone is muted
    - can now adjust the backlight of the soft touch buttons (saves battery)
    - added a new effect when taking pictures with camera, and also when you take a screenshot
    - screen turns on after disconnecting the USB
    - no longer possible to uninstall apps from Settings > Applications
    - apps will no longer ask for permission at first launch, instead you can enable or disable these settings in Settings > Applications > Dependable Applications
    - menu items size have been decreased, can now fit more things on the display (for example Settings)
    - it's recognized faster as a USB storage
    - Phone settings removed from settings, can now be found at the call interface after pressing the menu button
    - you can filter contacts in your phonebook by Device only, or synced accounts

    Music player:

    - faster and more responsive when switching songs
    - at the „Now Playing” screen it shows you how many songs are there in your current playlists in the titlebar
    - spectrum display and lyrics are now combined into one screen (slide the album art left or right) – you can also star your favorite songs on this screen and they will be found in the „Starred songs” playlist later

    Gallery:

    - much more smoother than before, and it’s also loading new thumbnails faster
    - renders full-screen images in less than a second (pictures are no longer blurry for long when sliding through them)
    - Change file name option added under „More”

    Other:

    - Skype now fully working
    - Temproot not possible with VISIONary+
    - iGO 8 no longer working

I was in the meizu store in beijing because i had a problem, and the seller told me that there is a new version of the beta(so it's still a beta) since this morning(saturday), then I asked to update my phone.
There is some new things, and one new icon but useless actually, and don't what is use for.
I think my meizu is faster, maybe because he erased everything, and I used the gps all day long and I still have more than the half of my battery.

    How to share the 2.3.3?

hmm I think no other way. But they said that it is still in beta. So it is not official release.
