J. Wong just posted two renderings of the upcoming M9s Android interface. One of them shows the file manager which looks almost exactly as it does under Mmobile (WinCE), and an other one of the Photo Viewer app.
Pictures can be seen in the 2nd post of this thread!

Thanked 1,140 Times in 438 PostsYes, that's what I'm saying. M8 old and new UI was designed be eico, and they are probably designing M9s interface too seeing how they look similar.

Thanked 556 Times in 202 PostsI hope Meizus file browser will be able to install APK files. Otherwise we would still need a program like Astro.

As I'm using a Android mobile as my primary phone, this is something I always disliked about Android. I tried more than 10 music players and not one of them worked and looked as good as Meizu's does! I tried everything from Stock to bTunes, to several standard players from other brand's Android mobiles... you get the idea.
It's great to see that Meizu is creating it's own music player for Android. Does anybody know whether it is possible to get hands on the .apk yet?

Thanked 556 Times in 202 PostsThis are just renderings... But I bet Meizu is already running an internal pre-alpha or something.

I didn't know that one. Thank you! Definitely will use this one from now on as my standard player.
Still, I like the pure and clean design of the meizu player better and it has all the functions you need. Hope this becomes a reality on Android soon...
For anyone who cares: the cube player's name is "3" (in superscript)

Thanked 14 Times in 9 Postsno problem man !
i agree on the meizu music player's UI ! its the best i've ever used ! i can't imagine and i don't want to change my M8 for it's UI as a whole , it beats any UI hands down (i hate iOS its way to squared (as in limiting) and symbian needs a serious graphical push) ! but you know android has its apps and apps store thats the only thing makes it better ! ow and sense UI makes the android that much more likable !

Thanked 40 Times in 25 Postsi am wondering how Meizu will cope with the fact that from android 3.0 onwards, google will try to eradicate all the 3rd party gui-s.
as for these renders: i really do love and miss my M8. the base android is a bit shallow, especially in multimedia, and imho the other 3rd party stuff don't help much either (especially touchwiz and timescape).
if they manage to release the M9 this this autumn, i'll definately change my Milestone for it.略懂
