I suppose with the general lack of comment that most people are happy with this update? Have meizu finally cracked it?

Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsHey guys. Im new to this forum and just got my M9 yesterday. I installed the new FW 2.0.5-11241 yesterday and it seems that everything worked fine. The only question I have is that after installing this file did it also update to the newest andriod version and also did it install the newest baseband version? Im sorry this is my first smartphone so I don't really understand it that much.

Copy/paste this link into your browser: firmware.meizu.com/Firmware/m9release/modem02.1117.00-223/update.bin
Then use the same update method as you did for the firmware, delete the update.bin already on your SDcard before putting the new one there or else it will be named incorrectly and the phone won't see it.Last edited by Straylight; 01-13-2012 at 06:42 AM.

Thanked 5 Times in 4 PostsUhm... Very strange ! I did the upgrade with clearing data.
In my work office, I'm connectd to our guest Wlan, which always goes through a webside to enter user credential... And after upgrade i just could connect, that means the logon certificate was still in the phone... How is this possible because I have cleared the data ?
