Note:
1) 2.0.0-19020 previous version of this firmware upgrade must brush twice;
2) the selection must be removed to upgrade the system data;
3) Whether the system or the baseband upgrade process should be sufficient to ensure the battery, do not pull the battery and other dangerous actions;
4) back up phone data;
5) Check with the baseband version 02.1117.00-223 [ Download ] use;
6) Android 2.3 usb driver.rar [ Download ]
Upgrade process is as follows:
1) backup data;
2) V2.0.3-9345 system firmware copy to sd card root directory -> Shutdown -> press the power button and volume increase to upgrade the system, pay attention to when upgrading Clear selected data;
3) After the success of the system will automatically boot into the system (such as stuck in the MEIZU, please pull the battery, painted a firmware);
4) into the System Settings -> About, if the system version is V2.0.3-9345 indicating that the firmware upgrade is successful;
Change record (based on: V2.0.2-6883):
1 update to Android version 2.3.5;
(2) substantial optimization of the gallery fluency;
3 increase with the DTS format and DTS audio format support;
4 auto-recovery function to increase e-mail (Mail -> Settings -> Auto-recovery);
5 Task Manager add "close all applications" feature;
6 out of the interface to optimize the call over effects;
7 occasionally lost GPS satellite fix the problem;
8 ways to adjust settings on the program (Desktop -> Menu key-> set);
9 fluency and enhance the desktop display quality;
10 increase WLAN proxy function (set -> WLAN-> menu-> Advanced);
11 optimized the lock unlock computer interface fluency;
12 volume control interface to adjust the volume keys only;
13 to improve the video playback pages of the browser user experience;
14 optimize boot speed;
15 update "Google electronics market" and "Google translation";
16 system font replacement robot;
17 to locate and repair mobile phone text messages to find the problem re-issued;
18 Repair Find phone sim card on the date of the state judge;
19 Quick Click to download music online repair button up multiple download dialog when the problem;
20. Repair MMS data synchronization are resolved when the state failed to change the problem;
21 Repair Software Center software displays an external search subtitled version of the software;
22 repair MMS upload uncompressed state changes lead to download parsing failure;
23 repair a number of MMS upload to the server, the data package is too large to upload a single;
24 other bug fixes;
25 part of the application UI adjustment;
26 Fixed Need for Speed 14 and Asphalt 6 can't playing
27 Fixed some third-party software, sound playback unusual problems.
Personal opinion:
This Firmware mainly fix few issue in firmware V2.0.3-9198 like in item no. 25,26,27. V2.0.3-9198 has been deleted from meizu download server)Last edited by waja2000; 11-17-2011 at 01:19 PM.

Thanked 72 Times in 49 PostsMaybe they fixed the bug with SD card from last release. It used to randomly disconnect the SD card , and You had to restart the phone to make it working again

A new firmware already? WHOA! I might try updating from 9198 to this one without clearing data - i only upgraded to it a couple of days ago!!
This is at least encouraging, in that the frequency of firmware updates has not gone down, pretty much since launch. which leads me to believe that ICE CREAM SANDWICH could be on our m9s soon?? meizu should now stop focusing on this old gingerbread firmware and get to work on the ICS firmware. The source code has been released, so hopefully, they already are working on it.

Im running on baseband 119 because I´m not able to upgrade it to any newer because evevy upgrade stops on 42%.

I like that if you set the CPU clock to 'low' the desktop is still smooth and the whole system is more fluid than before

I did the upgrade form 9198 without clearing data. (I cleared data for 9198)...
Temproot is still working
Feels smoother, but maybe it's because I played a lot last days without reboot....
