Thanks!

I missed the part about the documentation files...
Going to try it tomorrow on my work laptop, if it works i am very happy

I was thinking about writing a M8 app that can sync ID3 tags with the musicbrainz database.

Go for it symen thats a great idea. I hate having to make special .lrc files and adding them to the music folder separately. Make sure they are compatible for ID3v2 if you can do it.

Good Luck

Hi there,

I started developing a simple currency converter application yesterday. I finished it in C# .NET first, now i am trying to convert it to a C++ app.

While building this converter i get to know some of the things i need to know about developing for the M8.

Today i will hopefully finish the application. I am now trying to find a solution for reading out XML data via a web stream.

After getting that working, a connection with music brains should be easier.

Regards,

Symen
