My Meizu
As far as we are aware, the M8 will not be available outside of China at launch. As of yet there isn't even an official release date.

So to take a guess, I would have to say it won't be released in Singapore any time soon, sorry.

My Meizu
Singapore is relatively close to China, and if you speak Mandarin, you could probably get an M8 with ease from one of the official Meizu stores.
