Mobile30 In fact the site is not well-known in China, it is strange that they have the test machine. And they do not comment on the objective, the level of video pictures with poor personal feeling is a personal Web site.

I hate to break it to you, but the folks over at CNOM have already filmed the box opening. It's on the forums somewhere.

Pretty sure theres shit loads of replication here - in one form or another!

I was just bored - As i said its just a slide show of a few of the pics that have already been posted.

    Regards

    Russ

P.S - Infact i got another vid ready to go - thats already been posted.....Well sort of - As ive joined 2 vids together...

Will i post it here ?? ..............probably

But hey, if u dont wanna watch it - dont bother

    Its all good to me

Meizu needs to improve on the firmware a bit; the touchscreen looks unresponsive amd photo multitouch-pinch looked terrible on that last video.

Apps boot faster on the m8 though in comparison with tue iPhone, which is always good. Now let's hope the OS remains stable.

"Video Title - please note these are test units and the publically released versions will have improved firmware"

but sure i will change titles

I'm referring to the Mobile30 link, which is supposed to contain the mediapurposed-m8. That quote is about the CMNO vid's.

Like I said, they need to improve the firmware.

I wanted to know where the metallic silver rim (which contrasts terrifically with the black color of the device) went. I guess these old closed testing units didn't have a silver rim. Perhaps only the new media review units have it. I guess we'll see soon enough!
dark-gray rim is aluminium alloy,it matches black, im not sure the color of the white version.

M8 is not a phone made by chinese, but a phone made by people from the planet, such as europeans, americans, asians , australians africans etc. You may ask why? that is because all the fans and kind-hearted people contributed the whole designing process through the arudous two years, they offer opinons and suggestions. NO company but Meizu cares more about their buyers and potential customers. Now,It is not merely a cellphone, but the hope and dream of these people.
Could you please send me some of whatever you're smoking?

Mmmmm...I think a large part of the reason why the multitouch-pinch looked horrible in that video is because the guy demoing it had no touchscreen skills. It seems to me like he has never used multitouch in his life.

For example, he makes multiple unecessary finger scrolls to a page that's only half full (you only need to scroll when you have more than a page). In addition to that, I saw him scrolling the wrong way (= =; ). He also moves his fingers too fast and clumsily on the screen.

About the part that looks really bad in the video - He does the pinch way too fast so the device interprets it as a quick zoom-out and then a pan. There are way better demonstrations of the M8's pinching multitouch feature out there.

I wonder if he's really left-handed. Because if he's not, that would explain why he did so terribly.

Sorry mate. I don't know the name of that flower but I agree with you 100%. Why would they place a withering flower in the picture?
