I think it has something to do with the speed of recognition when the multi-touch zoom function is used. The M8 may be a bit slower at recognizing these commands than the iPhone. That reviewer is probably used to the iPhone multitouch so he doesn't hold back while testing out the feature on the M8. You can see that he really shreds the thing (performing the multitouch finger gestures really fast). He probably thought the M8 could handle it like the iPhone.
Nevertheless, if you perform the zoom gestures calmly at a natural pace, you will have no problems with this feature.

yesterday i could try an 5800. well, im not pleased with it at all.the touch screen is wierd, you have to push it very had, and it vibrates to let you know your push was succesful. but the speaker of it is nice and loud. as about build quality, im disappointed again, it feels like plastic, not something they worked much with.
