Meizu M8 UI Changed, Again

Fianlly, a reason to love the M8 more.

It's finally it's own product and is no longer in anyone's shadow but now its own force of light.

Meizu, eico... I salute you!!

i like it . Good to see that Meizu has made the sensible decision to hire a professional design team to redo the interface. This should definitely go some way to improving their reputation (which was excessively maligned to begin with), and help them secure distributors in Europe. I'm not holding out much hope of seeing it in the US, though; luckily we have ebay and unofficial distributors who can import it for us :P

Frankly, this only makes me want an M7. Samsung ARM, higher grade Wolfson codec (WM8985 maybe), and an interface based off this...take my money, please.

I really like the theme, except the file moving. It's different from the rest... Hope I or another or Meizu will change it

Can't really say I love the new GUI, as the alarmclock numbers and led-digits aren't really my thing but perhaps it's a matter of getting used to it.

It definetly looks like an more original gui now though, just a bit inspired with some iphone aspects. Now Meizu really needs to release it fast, as this is supposedly the second time Meizu presents us pictures of the final gui....

by the way: Engadget quote "...and looks to have a visually-satisfying sparkle animation for selected items (unless the battery above is just leaking)"

I hope someone will come up with Android port for M8 someday.

I don't think it has anything to do with being a fan boy. I have said hundreds of times that I won't be convinced by the M8 in the slightest until I see it released and a few full in depth reviews. Everthing I have said on here about he m8 has been purely speculative. I also currently don't own any meizu products and so i fit none of the fan boy criteria. Any one calling me a fan boi has no idea what the term means. I have also said many times that Meizu clearly copied ideas from apple.

What I resent is these clowns coming on here unregistered deliberatly to spout apple propeganda clearly with no knowledge about Meizu or with any useful contribution to make to the forum. They need to be put in their place, they are as bad as spammers IMO.

Some people don't really like the fact that Apple users don't want iPhone like devices to come out.

If this phone comes out and is better for me than the iphone then i'll buy it.

But some of us are just sick of seeing some slightly redesigned UI (it's not even a UI, it's just artist's impressions), os some non-existent phone every couple of months
