I want a solid price. I predict that they will tag us along the whole way with a low price, and then BAM! whack us with a nasty price. Of course I mean relatively nasty compared to what they have claimed- this thing is worth more (comparing against other similar products), but you just can't bullcrap us around with an unbelievable price, and then slap us with a very believable one :S).

That is of course if this product will ever come to be, it seems that every new piece of info we get is more unbelievable than the last! Lol, is it even physically possible to get all those things in there? Look how much room the battery takes, and there wasn't much room to begin with!

But if it is real, and low priced... *drool*..

Does the word "Meizu" translate to anything, or could we fill in our own definition? How about "higher quality alternate"?
I'm not too sure about touch screen. I've used a Sony Handycam that has touch screen, and after awhile it gets smudgy, dirty and scuffed-up.
What keeps the screen from getting scratched, or is it only for delicate, uncalloused fingers?

I sure enjoy what I have now.

If Meizu is "inspired" well, it will also use some kind of glass plate like the iphone / itouch. Not seen it in reality yet, bt from what i've heard apple has put a hell of resistant stuff in that plate. Difficult to scratch, smudgy though (but again easy to clean).

I did it syntesia... I try to watch a video made by Apple with an Asian guy showing the screens... but unfortunately I get bored of listen the word "BUY" and "$TORE" all the time and I cut it... maybe that's why I don't want WiFi or any kind of connection with the net in my next MP4.

living in beijing, i've been waiting for the M8 for some time now...
Now that you can buy the iPhone here everywhere, without simlock of course, i was able to play around with it and i have to admit the nicest feature is how you can navigate your way around the internet using that two finger zoom-in and zoom-out feature.
i was wondering... as it is more than obvious that meizu doesn't really care that they let themsleves be "inspired" by the iPhone's GI... isn't that two finger feature only software-driven? Wouldn't the M8 be a real "better" version of the iPhone if it used that feature aswell? i mean.. if you do copy.. copy well :-p

Nah, not just any touch screen is multi-touch compatible.

I would like to know what was buying this "observer"... a cell phone?... a internet navigator?... a PDA... or a luxurious device full of "technologies" to be admired by others.
Because a MP4 was not... I don't see a comment from him about sound or image quality... just a stupid feature to browse the net!!!!....
