I am not a mac owner nor user, but I suggest you learn a little more about the facts before posting things like this
You do get what you pay for usually!

LOL! That's rich! Buddy, I suggest you learn a little more about the facts... I've owned a PC & Mac (lincensed, btw...) repair business for 15 years, I have forgotten more about Apple products than you will ever know... and I have never owned anything other than PC for myself... and there's a very good reason for that!

Your vocabulary speaks for itself.
As for facts I used Macs at work some 19 years ago when windows was in the state of 3.11 (anyone who remembers Win 3.11 will know what that was like) and also was to the NeXT facility prior to the launch of that computer. This was back when you had to get Norton Deskop in order to get the same desktop possibility that is standard on Macs.
Now your comparision is like comparing Apples and Oranges (no pun intended )
Because when you talk about Macs you're talking both HW and SW from the same company, when you're talking about PC's you're talking about SW from we know who, and HW from anywhere and in any form and size and quality (or lack thereof).
I'm sorry to hear about your memory loss at such a young age.

I think that PC's are the best because they have the best games and the best graphics. The graphics card in Mac's aren't that great. -Proud owner of a 512MB 7950GT.

So that's why Macs are used in just about every professional graphics and video application??

But they aren't! Not anymore... even Adobe now develops it suite (PhotoShop, Illustrator, etc...) for the PC first and then ports it for the Mac; and the graphics companies, especially for film and television, run all their stuff on big DEC/Compaq machines, as the rendering is SO MUCH faster. Fair enough your average graphics Joe and his firm are possibly still using the Mac, but the big shops in London, LA, NY are all on PC now...

What I meant is, can you upgrade the graphics card in a Mac?

A mac may have advntages over a pc , But id like to list the advantages of using a pc over a mac... A pc is now basically universal , You can buy parts , extras addons , software almost everywhere , exspandibility is possible and now pcs and macs use basically the same hardware you can install OSX on a pc... it may run differntly with glitches ect but it shows that its possible. You may say im contridicting myself now saying they are basically the same hardware so they can use the same hardware addond but they cannot.... Because the applications will always need to be ported to make use of the hardware > Yes Macs are nice looking and more stylish , But that isnt what you want in a computer. The main function of a computer is to make life easier and fancy flashing icons and 3d effects dont always offer that...

WTF, is this a thread about the recent M8 design changes or a pissing contest between Mac and PC owners?

Now this is very true, just like with many other products we use every day, that we might want another more upscale version, but for practical (and/or cost?) reasons we have had to compromise.

Yeah it's unfortunate it has taken such a turn but it appears that the ones posting things like this are not all too serious about these devices, so most likely will not be around for all too long.

Because what is the best graphics card you can get in your laptop Mac? It was just recently an X1600 until they got the new over priced models. A PC laptop can get dual 7950's.

For real professional jobs stationary computers are used
Portable products always have to compromise on a number of things, as we can see from the iPhone and Meizu M8 aswell.
And on the price, once again you get what you pay for.

You can get a PC that is the same thing for a lot cheaper. You don't get the Apple logo on it, but you get a lot more bang for your buck. It is just as good as a Mac for a lesser price.

A PC is a PC, can never be "the same thing" as a Mac, ironically nowdays a Mac *CAN* however "be a PC"
Once again you get what you pay for, I paid for a PC

Again you can't compare Apples and Oranges (PC's ) they are two different things completely. It is obvious you are someone who likes Computer games, and that's fine but Macs aren't toys, they are REAL TOOLS, so yes if you need a toy to play games on then the PC is the device you need

Why do you assume that his God teaches him to call everyone idiots? I call people idiots, but that doesn't mean that my God teaches it.
