Changing bootscreen is easy too, but I here in the moment no sound when I install a mp3 to bootscreendirectory
Deleted all chineses apps and apps that not working...
updated busybox to v1.16.

added the orginal launcher
added Launcherpro to newest Version
added ADW Launcher
added Superuserpermission - usefull for apps that needed root-rights
added Titanumbackup - can Backup all your apps and settings to SD
added morelocale2 newest version
added opera
added ucweb english
added newer version Terminalemulator

added new version Lindafilemanager also testing astrofilemanager
added java - yes worked and some games and apps can be used
and some another usefull apps
added a player that allowed you to watch and download youtube

i think i have a working build.prop but testing at the moment is a pain as the phone seems unwanting to clear market caches so im thinking maybe it would go a little smoother if it was pre integrated into the rom but can upload for you to integrate if you wish to try?

How can I flash a update.zip if the M8 doesn't have recovery mode? Will we ever have recovery mode and bootloader mode?
