    HR ext3 Android h00t Edition

It's finally here!!! The new ext3 Android with fixed Market and Sync. Also the kernel is updated so Angry Birds runs better.

    How to install:
    1) Boot your M8 into Upgrade Mode and plug in the USB-cable
    2) Copy the folder 'LBE_Android' and a 'xip.bin' of your choice file to M8's Disk
    3) After copying is done, disconnect the USB-cable and press 'Upgrade'
    4) Boot into Mymobile first
    5) You can now boot into Android

    Features:
    - 0.9.9.95 800MHz dual-boot
    - Stock UI Android 2.2
    - ext3 file system
    - Meizu M9 animation engine
    - Very cool boot animation
    - Hosts file replaced (some apps show no more ads so they run a bit faster)
    - Stock keyboard integrated
    - Working Market and Google Sync
    - New kernel with better graphics driver

    ROOT:
ROOT is not integrated in the ROM. You can obtain it with z4root (added as attachment).

    SetCPU:
SetCPU (added as attachment) is a program for managing your CPU clock speeds. You can use it on your M8, by selecting 'Samsung Moment' as your device. If you set it to 'Performance' mode, your M8 will run on a constant 800MHz speed. However, this is is great for gaming, but it will drain the battery very fast. ROOT is needed for using SetCPU.

    Kernel Update 1:
This update will update the kernel of M8 Android. It also gives the possibility to choose between 532MHz and 800MHz on Android. A XIP based on 0.9.9.23 and on 0.9.9.95 are included. To install, follow this guide (assuming you already installed HR ext3 Android h00t Edition):
    1) Connect your M8 to your PC
    2) Overwrite mroot.img in the LBE_Android with the one found in the archive
    3) Copy a XIP.bin of your choice to the root of your M8's Disk
    4) Boot in to Upgrade Mode and select Upgrade
    5) Reboot into MMobile
    6) You can now boot into Android

    Download:

with set cpu you can make profils!
the best profil is when you let the m8 run con constant 800mhz when screen on BUT on minimum frequenzy when screen off. i think you will have a huge battery improvement compared to running on 800mhz all time
(i did this with my milestone and it worked)

Love this release. Best one so far. But is there a way to fix the sound cuts off when talking on the phone (when backlights goes off)

I used an app called screen on but it drains a lot of battery.

The cut sound problem is fixed in 13.5 M9 ROM

Can someone please let me know where I can download this firmware from? Also, is it a dual boot ROM?

The M8 has an ARMv6 processor, which is not supported by Flash.
