Looking for a USB cable

Well, I couldn't post in the marketplace section, so hopefully my posting here is OK (or a mod can move it!).

Anyway, I have a Miniplayer (M6 I guess?) that I bought late 2007 online from newegg.com. I lost the USB transfer cable moving home from university, and have had one hell of a time trying to find another.

Does anyone know where I can buy one/find one? Or can I use a cable that's technically for a different device provided the right connections?

If you need a usb cable for your meizu player, you need to use a usb-mini connector, all of these cables are connected the same (it's a usb standard)
so you can use any cable that fits.
(i use the cable from my digital camera all the time to transfer files to my meizu m6)
