    miniplayer.info Store Turn-around Time

    Hi all, recently acquired a Meizu M6. I have a question concerning miniplayer.info's store: how long does it take for order placement/payment before receiving further details about the status of your order/shipment?

    I placed an order for a silicone case last weekend (March 17-18), and the payment was handled through PayPal. The payment was received, but I have not received any other information regarding my order.
    The miniplayer.info site states that they will attempt to ship within 48 hours of payment and contact you if any issues arise. At the time of writing, an email with the order details (does not mention order confirmation) was the only response received.

    For those who have purchased items through miniplayer.info, how long did it take to receive order confirmation/shipping notification/etc. from the date of purchase?

    I got my Meizu silicone case in a little over a week, if I recall correctly.

    They actually sent me the wrong color, and send me a new free one to fix the mixup. I had a very good experience with them.

    How long ago was your order (it appears there have been a few transitions in ownership since December 2006 and possibly as recent as January or February)?

    Communication with the seller in the past month or so appears to be sub-par.

    This was in January. I do remember being unnerved that I didn't get an "item shipped" email.

    Have you emailed them already with no response?

    Received a response. I was going to give it until Wednesday before taking further action, as I had used probably 3 or 4 different communication channels.

    So, in summary, miniplayer.info does not send out emails automatically when items are shipped. If they could implement something like that, it would be great and possibly save some nervousness on the part of the buyer (and it seems I'm not alone in this case).

    I must add that the origin/store location is in Canada, so if you're buying in the US, I would recommend a different store, such as MisticAudio.com. They have the case (in pink as well) for a reasonable price, and offer FedEx shipping, which supports package tracking. I'm not trying to direct customers away from miniplayer.info, I'm just saying that it may be a better option if within the US.
