Thanked 5 Times in 2 PostsPlumSIP61 keyboard wordlist
Hi everbody.
This is my first time opening a thread here and my english isnt that good, so please bear with me.
I dont know if this is already known or brought upp before and if it is, then im sorry for disturbing.
Anyways, i found a wordlist tool for PlumSIP 6.1 keyboard and i managed to make a very own wordlist in swedish with it. I can now use a swedish wordlist with the PlumSIP61 keyboard.
And i must say that it works pretty good actually. Well you guys could try for yourself if you want to.

What you will need...
- The Wordlist tool (PlumSIP6.1 Lib Tool found in sourcelink or my pack with a translated version.)
- A wordlist. I used a simple .txt file. (You guys could experiment with what inputfiles this app takes. As it has no file extensions restrictions.)
And now i could explain the steps on how i made it.
In the rar/zip file when extraced you will find an exe file called "plumTool.exe".
That one is in chinese, in my package attached to this thread, you will also find "plumTool_ENG.exe" and thats the translated one in english. (Sorry for the bad translation in that file, i made in a hurry. But you'll get the picture when using it.
)
My package
PlumSIP6.1 Lib Tool.rar
Its important that the words in the textfile are in a certain way. Like my sample down here. One word per single line.
EDIT: Try saving the txt file with ANSI encoding.

Now.
- Open PlumTool_ENG.exe
- Browse for your wordlist (mine was a txt file)
- press the button where it says "Build english wordlist"
- Choose location to save the file
- Name the file to en1 and with no file extension and save it(very important)
- Then copy this file to your phone and replace the file also named en1 in M8 directory where PlumSIM61 is installed. "\Program Files\PlumSIP61\"
- Restart the phone.
I hope that this works for you. Here below are some pics from my phone.

Unfortunately one can´t put öüä.. in this wordlist, that would be great.

Thanked 5 Times in 2 PostsYes, i noticed that also. You can have words that contains åäö like in my case and it finds words containing that kind of characters.

But what doesn't work and the problem is if the word itself starts with åäö or any other character that doesnt show on the english alphabet. Then it doesnt appear. For me its acceptable this way than not having anything at all.
This by the way is what i found out when experimenting last night. If somebody else is interested, you could try the other list files in PlumSIP directory.
en1 is the english wordlist but then you have ch1, ch2 and def. They are also wordlist files, try changing them with the app i attached to the thread.

Thanked 1,024 Times in 375 PostsReally nice find and good tutorial! I just made a hungarian dictionary because I had a wordlist lying around from TouchPal and it works nice with the new UI's default keyboard too (plumsip). You have to save the files as "en1" and "en_1" and copy both to \Windows, then restart and voila!

edit: I don't miss the accentuated characters because you don't want to send those in a SMS since they will be sent in more than 1 characters...

Thanked 50 Times in 20 PostsThanx so much for this... it was exactly what I was looking for!
Btw.. is there any way to enter a one-letter word so that when chosen from the wordlist, it automatically jumps a space....
[choosing a one letter word like 'I' or 'a' from the wordlist at the moment enters the text without automatically jumpng a space for the next word].
It does automatically jump a space with a 2 or more letter word..
Trying to figure out how to solve.Last edited by cybermessiah; 01-20-2010 at 09:22 PM.
