Maybe i'm still doing something wrong but i can't edit the ini file for some reason

I have the same issue...I can't modify UsrConnectNode.ini.
Somebody could put the modified file here?

How hard is it?! The tutorial is in the first post! If you can't edit on your phone at least copy the file to your Disk, and open it with your PC...logic...

check if you really added ini to the textfile

did you click enter before saving?

Shame on me...i didn't click Enter...NOW IT WORKS!

Strangest thing - although the .ini extension was clearly added, saved and listed in txtfile, the UsrConnectNode wouldn't open. I added it again, so it now appears twice in the list, and it works!

Don't forget if you can not edit the file on the m8 go to setting and change connections from usb to sync. Once you connect it to the computer find the file under windows mobile device. Next look for UsrConnectNode.ini in the windows folder of the device. Make change then save to desktop then grab to the device in same folder, disconnect then it should work.

I am still trying to figure out why I can't receive MMS messages but send them without any problems. I have did everything at the beginning of this thread...deleted the profiles for both GPRS and MMS and recreated them... still no dice....anyone else have this problem with Tmobile USA...

I have the same problem although I am in UK not USA. It says sent messages but I cannot receive. Also, I could send on firmware 0.9.0.5 but on this one it says sent but people never receive them, but my provider charges me for them - I have no idea what that is???

The MMS messages that I send are received by who I send them to....this is the first firmware upgrade (0.9.2.7) that I have used that actually allows me to even send them and the person actually receives them...so at least I they are halfway there with this bug..

I have a question, when on the internet you go to (pass email sent) after you add contact and subject , the middle option at bottom of screen is insert you press that, next screen add attachment. I can not insert a picture. What am I missing on how to use this optionThanks

just press insert - select the image - wait a moment

GPRS is working for me and still need to test the MMS.. :D

coult somebody upload this file for me please?

i tried many ips, many users many pass, i search google...
I cant send/receive mms, and use web/msn on GPRS =(
My operator is VODAFONE and i live im portugal :S

when i set a new connection it don't save it. what am i do wrong?

Try click "enter" when you end to write the server or password and next click save =)
