My Meizu
M8 Firmware 0.9.1.0 [leaked - 06.14. version]

Changelog:

- some missing translations have been fixed (receiving a call, call history)
- new Photos icon (with the default theme)
- telephone icon next to carrier's name


- Voice Mail settings
- smaller desktop icons (comparison picture)
- desktop sliding is a little bit faster but not smoother
- translated ringtone names

i'll flash the fw asap and take a look for new changes.

made a rapidshare-link for the people that could'nt get enough speed by downloading it here:

Fixed:

equalizer - middle option fixed (default - reset the sliders)

phone - import of the sim contacts seems to be fixed (umlauts
are beeing displayed correctly)

mui - found about 178 mui files - 040c seems to be french

- Sim Services looks good now - even with special characters

That was working fine for me before too.

Yeah it seems there are french MUI files for every application now, and it's already translated too. Too bad you can't choose it in Settings.

MSN has a MUI file too, but it's not yet translated

I installed the leaked FW 0910. Seems to work, but all folders in the "Disk" directory are now HIDDEN, and I can't remove this attribute. Do you find the same problem? How to work around? Thanks for any help!

dont got any problems with the folders inside \disk they are all there and i could see them

But you could hack the registry :

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\MUI\CurLang

Change from 1033 to 1036 and restart the phone

It's a very simple - run Windows\control.exe and сhoose regional settings



then restart M8

- Ring tone names finally translated.
- The operator name is not displayed properly (for me) it displays the network number instead of name.
- Change carrier does not work for me.
