    I dont Think So...

    OK...
Against my better judgment and a promise with myself that I will not upgrade from 0903-2, till I am sure that it will work , and has been tested by the Guru's... I did it to the latest 0904-324..
But I was disappointed again as it has been with all the versions that have come out after 0903-2...

    Here are my findings:
GPRS & Phone call issue still remains... although there is a nifty switch provided in the GPRS settings... it does not work...
Once you enable it... there is a small window that pops up with the word "more" and then 2 buttons... Cancel and OK...
No matter what you do , when you go back... it disabled the Phone Priority switch... Result... you will still not receive a phone call if GPRS is active...

Opera: Actually it is slower... with the 0903-2 version I get upto 90 Kbps, with 0904-324 it was only 47Kbps and as a matter of fact... it does not load the start page fully and gives up in the middle... I have had to refresh 2-3 times for just my home page to load... so the contyension that the browser is faster does not seem to be right...

Eyecandy: That is the only good thing so far...

So Once again... I am reverting back to the 0903-2 version.
    Once.

    my 2 cents worth....

    Browser Problems too

I have to agree. My browser no longer works with the new firmware. It starts loading, but then hangs. I can get a page to load completely only after trying it 4 or 5 times.

I really don't see anything in this upgrade that is positive. The call priority button does not work and the Tabs in the contact manager are useless.

If you have a firmware that is working for you, my advice is to leave it alone. Don't go with this firmware.

I would say it is really not worth to update as the first issue with the phone is the opening screen hangs, need to shut and start the screen as many times then it comes to it's position...

tweakie, when that happens open the task manager (by pressing the M button twice) and then close it. Should be ok after this.

when in music mode, go to 'playing now', thats the arrow in the circle. click it again, and you get a menu. go to 'classification', and you can choose what you want to sort by.

different note, but i think being able to sort by album artist would good too, not having to click on each artist to see all their albums.
