    Me want æøå

But since the Thai font, probably isnt on the M8 i think it will have to take some hacks to get it Thai friendly.

    I want you...

to get back on topic, and if you have nothing significant to say, don't say it at all. One or two jokes is enough.

As of now, I don't believe that there is any Thai support, but WinCE is pretty common place, so there should be a Thai version ported soon. Oh and Welcome to the forums!

And guys, please don't make fun of somebody who doesn't know the English language as well as some of us do...

Ah jk, get of your high horse will ya. I think you should read my next sentence and let it sink in...

YOU ARE NOT A MODERATOR, PLEASE STOP TRYING TO ACT LIKE ONE

In all fairness, your act of coming into every thread to inspect it, as if you are the meizu me police, is getting tired and annoying. In some cases it's fine and what others are thinking, but quit with the act. If Err0r or any MOD feels we have done something which requires a comment, then they will be the ones to make it.

You don't seem to realise that you making comments about comments in threads is further bringing the thread OFF TOPIC.

Now don't get your panties in too much of a bunch and quit with the wanna-be antics.

    ON TOPIC:

I am sure there is some way to go about getting the Thai language on the M8, but it just hasn't been implemented yet. I will see what I can figure out through the registry and see if I can get you some help. In the meantime you could help yourself out too by searching the net for language support on WIN CE.

I've done it like half-a-dozen times, but fair enough.

For reading text messages that are in Thai, I'm not too sure what you can really do about it, since it's reading the encoding. Since the kernel for Windows CE is pretty well documented, someone should be able to develop an modification, if Meizu doesn't release it beforehand.

Adobe, you have achieved good progress. Can you please share how you did this? preferably in this thread:
    http://www.meizume.com/minione-m8/77...anguage-3.html

Regarding CE kernel... i'm not a developer, but i assume the base CE redistributable that has been installed on the M8 is Chinese version, i.e., all system programs (in the windows directory) and all system messages are in Chinese. These hacks simply change what is displayed on the screen, is there a way to change the core chinese files on the phones with their corresponding english ones?

and yes, this is one of those throw it out there questions...

@tails2 - your comments were very insightfull and i second them...
