Get the Call and SMS Button away from Menu

Hi is there a way to get the SMS and Call Button away and add a Icon to the menu?
I want to have this because I installed the Windows Mobile 7 skin by demon_hearts and on his Pictures this two buttons are not there.

You could edit the ShellRes.dll out of the windows folder with Radialix.
You just need to edit the icons and images you see to blanc. So you replace the images with 100%fully transparent png files. The Buttons will still exist but you cannot see them :P
If that is the only mehtod you will do it in that way
