I haven't used my Meizu Se for a few months.
When I tried to use it again the touchscreen seems not to work anymore. Sometimes when i push very long and very hard it works. And when i finaly am in the opend folder i have to begin allover again to open the next folder, I have to push very long and very hard again and hope that it works.Sometimes it works and sometimes i get tired of it and just give up.
Does someone know what to do to solve it?
I have not dropped the phone on the ground so it cant be broken.
Should i return it to Meizu?
I dont know if my warranty is still valid.I have this thing for more than a year.
Thanks in advance.

In English:hoi arifi,
Hi Arifi,
Maybe it's a good start to reset your M8 and update it to the latest firmware.
If that doesn't work, you can try a few tricks which you can find in the forums to get your touchscreen back working.
(e.g., put tape on it and lay it in your freezer,...)Current Phone: HTC Desire HD

Thanked 10 Times in 7 Postsguys if you have an old version of the meizu M8 and your warranty is EXPIRED... dont worry, meizu knows about this problem (there was a mass production defects, all the touchscreens are defective), so they change the screen for free also with the warranty expired.
Then, if you have a screen problem just start by sending a mail to the Meizu...

Thanked 481 Times in 147 PostsMeizu send me this a few months ago:
Announcement of M8(SE) after-sales service for overseas end-users
Hi, every overseas end-user who has problems with M8(SE), please pay attention to the following.
1. M8(SE) is being sold in mainland China only. So far there is no overseas version M8(SE) or firmware available. And Meizu company never officially exported M8(SE), or authorized any online or offline stores or dealers to export it to other countries.
2. The unified retail price of M8(SE) in China market is RMB1780 (about US$260) for 8GB, and RMB2080 (about US$305) for 16GB now. Also, we launched a refurbished (RE) version M8 at RMB1480 (about US$215) for 8GB, and RMB1680 (about US$245) for 16GB in China, to save cost for some domestic consumers. Note: There is no RE version M8SE!
3. Be informed that the aforementioned retail prices do not include the overseas transportation costs and relevant bank charges.
4. If the defective unit has hardware fault or damage, it needs to be returned to factory for repairing.
1) For end-users who purchased M8(SE) in Meizu authorized physical stores during your visit in China, please note the following expenses you may incur.
a) Custom tariff: 17% of your delcared value on invoice.
b) Warehousing fee: US$0.08/KG/day with minimum US$8 per parcel, if clearance exceeds 6 working days.
c) Round-trip transportation cost: The courier fee of returning the defective unit must be prepaid. We will quote for sending the repaired unit according to your mailing address.
d) Bank charge: Payment via T/T, Western Union or PayPal is accepted. But the handling charges of all remitting and intermediary banks or Western Union, must be prepaid. Moreover, we will charge exta US$10 for T/T to cover our receiving bank's charge, or 6.5% of total amount plus US$0.3 for PayPal to cover its handling fee.
e) Repairing cost: If any physical damage by improper use or accident (such as water damage and LCD broken), or 1 year warranty expires, we will charge for repairing itself. This will be quoted via E-mail after we receive and check your defective unit.
To save your cost, we suggest that if possible, you may take the unit back to China during your next visit or through your friends, and then contact us for repairing locally.
2) For end-users who purchased M8(SE) from internet, please contact the retailer for RMA.
5. We suggest you choose a reliable courier and effect insurance for transportations. Please note that Meizu company will not bear the responsibility for any loss during transportation.
6. Make sure to contact us via E-mail: info@meizu.com, before returning any defective unit to factory. Only after having your confirmation to pay the aforementioned expenses, we will start to clear customs. Keep in mind that China customs may assess the value of the returned unit and impose as per their assessed value, if your declared value is too low. Meizu company will handle the case a.s.a.p., but will not be responsible for any delay or detention caused by couriers, end-users or customs.
For any further questions, please feel free to inquire us at info@meizu.com.

Is the touchscreen totally not working, or are there some dead areas?
