Touchscreen does not work

@shupande could you please specify how exxactlyt to claim this guarentee:

You may obtain a free return Meizu touch screen machines produced prior to 2010, 98% of all touch screen failure. After a one year warranty as free.

Because they told me to look at the same thread as HondaRacer has posted. Does this mean that they will replace it and if so how?

They said they do not handle it directly with us but through our reseller, my reseller refused to send it.
Is there anyone who sent their M8 DIRECTLY to Meizu and not to their reseller first? If so please tell me how and what you said to meizu, i would greatly appreciate it.

I did that cause my online shop where i bought my M8 didn't repliy my emails.

So i contacted meizu, they sent me the same text as honda racer.
They repair it for free and you have to pay the shipping.
Then meizu repairs your M8 and sends it back to you.

All this takes around 1 Month :-(

But now i have it back and it works wonderfull ;-)
