Old UI

I'm DONE with the new UI firmware. my phone used to last DAYS! with old FW. and now with the newest "official" firmware, it doesnt even last a half a day, AND I DIDNT EVEN USE IT?!?!?!?! i dont freakin get it. some idiot said it was a "hardware problem" and nothing can be done with the firmware for battery drain. THAT's a Lie.

so i really just want to go back to the old UI firmware. which one was the best? and which one is the latest? i just want to test both. Thanks.

Last one was 9.3.9 IIRC.

0.9.3.18 is the latest official with old ui.

I think this was the best fw with the old ui.
Don't know for sure, but I can't remember bad things about it......

Good idea. Sometimes a step back is better than three needless steps forward. Will have a look this evening if international/german keyboard works with this UI.
And then don't wake me up until a functioning, well-oiled firmware 1.x appears...

I'm using the old UI, too. The newUI Firmware don't even hold a day without plugging it into my pc to charge. The only thing i'm missing in the old ui is the Downloadmanager.

Maybe it's not onley the new UI..
I can hold up to 3 days when i use the phone normal (calling around 10 minutes a day, sending 20 text messagesa day, and checking the time several times a day)

When I use the phone as navagator (Bluetooth on, Route66 running) the batery will only last a day.

So how intense do you use the phone?

What firmware are you using? It would be helpful to put your firmware in your .sig so everyone can tell where you are.
