[fast mirror] the same firmware, but with Russian locale and english interface by default (tnx to dao89 from meizu-m8.ru)

Changes:
SMS delivery report is working now
MMS bug is fixed

1) it is reaaaaaalllyyy fast ! donno why maybe they are playing with the processor but i did notice that there are only 10 system events compared to 16-14 in the latest fw
2) picture loading is really fast too
3) restore works but it gave me an error and had to manually restart the phone

Is it worth installing it? Are this the only bugs who are fixed? If thats true I don't fix the translations.

although its too early to say but my initial experimenting thoughts so far suggests that :

so basically everything is faster but i'll come back tomorrow and give my final thoughts !

New firmware should come next week, so you can choose to wait for that

New fw is such a good new, but is it really completed (at least with the sms receiving and sending, i have a serious matter wth my girlfriend due to i was unable to receive her messages >"<)
By the way, with the notice for version came from russia, i think it's worth to have a check ^_^
